As a prior non-commissioned officer, I would very rarely max out performance evaluations for my troop (employees). Anyone receiving an evaluation from me would have to provide some exceptional quality, effort and/or unique ability that enhances their on the job performance. I've carried this perspective into the civilian world when conducting reviews such as this. I've rated Janell 5/5 due to the following: 1) She is a fierce advocate for her client's desired outcome. 2) She does not placate; she is honest and uses her experience to advise for the best possible outcome. 3) I've had numerous 30+ minute conversations with her on a myriad of topics surrounding real estate. She takes the time to define, explain and advise.  4) She is punctual, impressively organized and available when needed. 5) Janell is resolute in her mission to see the deal through to the end.
